check up

Well Skyla had 4 month check up yesterday and she is doing great. She is 16 lbs and 26 inch long, doing fantastic the doctor says she is going to be a tall girl :) 90% for her weight and 95% for her height.  She had two shots yesterday which she didn't enjoy of course but they are keeping her healthy. The doctor said she is developing very quick for her age :).

She is having some skin problems that the doctor is a little concern about, probably not as much as mommy is :) so we have to make sure to use lotion and soap for sensitive skin and keep her dry and cool.  I already wash everything in sensitive detergent so we are ok there.  But the doctor did mention that this is probably something she will have a problem with her whole life :( poor thing.  Well i will write more soon and post more pics but my little butt is hungry so gotta go.  :)

4 months old.

Well this week has been so busy and among all the hustle and bustle i came home today and just kinda sat back amazed as i watched my daughter.  She has done so many things already in the 4 months that she has been alive.  I think back and I really can't even imagine my life without her. I think about how tired i am all the time and how I never have a second to myself it seems like no big deal once i look at my smiling, beautiful, and happy baby girl.  Well that is all i have today, it's time to eat a wonderful meal that my wonderful husband made for me and spend some time with my amazing family.

This two are the most important people in my life.

16 weeks old

Well today miss Skyla is 16 weeks old.  She is starting to sit up almost completely on her own.  She is not fond of being on her tommy but she loves to try and walk if you hold her hands, she will probably skip right over crawling onto walking lol.  I have started back to work and am so exhausted and trying to get into a routine which i have gotten Skyla on one so if i could get the rest of my life on one it would be fantastic lol.  Well not much else to say her but i have a ton of pictures to share with you so here you go.  I will say she is the happiest baby, if these pictures didn't show it :).

15 weeks

Well Skyla turned 15 weeks old this week and I have been so busy i haven't had time to get on here and write.  Work has been good, I have been Exhausted everyday.  I haven't really been out on the floor at work i have been playing catch up and clean up so next week shouldn't been too bad.  Well not much else to say plus its late and Mommy has to work in the morning so good night :).

Goodbye 2010 ..... Hello 2011

Well we ended 2010 by getting Skylas ears pierced.  She did really good, yes she cried initially but then she was  good once everything was all done.

well we are excited to see what 2011 has in story for us.  We are also extremely excited to see the amazing thinks Skyla will do this year.  We also have some exciting addition to our extend family coming this year.  In March we get to meet Ashley and Austins new addition Allison Janea and in June our Niece or Nephew baby Henry will be here!!! Super excited!!!

Well this is my last weekend off as i return to work on Monday.  Stay tune to see how it goes.
